Romeo & Julieta Cigars
Established by Inocencio Alvarez and Mannin Garcia in 1875, Romeo & Julieta cigars brand conquered quickly the existent cigar market. Its high quality was appreciated by gold medals at four universal tobacco expositions between 1885 and 1900. In 1903 Romeo & Julieta cigar brand was acquired by Jose Rodriguez Fernandez, known as "Pepin". Named after the name of lovers from William Shakespeare's tragedy, this cigar brand offers a wide range of possibilities, with sizes and shapes whose strength goes from medium to high. Romeo & Julieta cigars provide smokers with a feeling of completion, a unique and exquisite aroma and a pleasing taste. Although Fernandez died in 1954, his cigar brand is one of the most widely known and appreciated in the world today.
